Hobble Creek 1/2 Marathon

Well I think most of you know about Ben's new addiction. Running. He ran the Hobble Creek Half Marathon today. His goal was to finish in the top 100. He ran the same race last year and came in 143rd. Today he finished in 1 hour 26 minutes and was the 34th person to cross the finish line.

Isabel's first day of school

Isabel was excited to start school. I think she was most excited about her Hannah Montana backpack Grandma Glenda bought her. Kya was very sad Isabel was gone all day. She kept asking "Where's Izzy?". She probably asked me where she was at least 100 times.

INTRODUCING.....

AnnaSophia Corrales. After a whole 4 hours of labor our family has grown by 19 inches and 6lbs 5oz. It was a full delivery room of anxious family members waiting to welcome our new little bundle of joy. Big sister Isabel was there to be one of the first to welcome AnnaSophia into our family. If you ask Isabel what she thought of seeing her little sister born she will tell you it was "NAAAASTY". Kya loves to kiss Sophie on the head and will say "love baby soapie". So far the adjustment to three has been pretty easy. But I am sure there will be challenges to come.


Like the other two, she has lots of dark hair!
